ATPI has announced plans to expand in Singapore, after buying local firm Pathfinder Travel.
Staff from Pathfinder Travel have already moved into ATPI’s Singapore offices, and bring a “strong client base”, according to Graham Ramsey, ATPI’s group CEO.
The travel management company (TMC) has also appointed a new managing director in Singapore, Kim Fuglsang.
Previously managing director of ATPI in Copenhagen, in his new role Fuglsang will oversee the TMC’s planned growth in Singapore and the rest of Asia.
“Continuing our dynamic expansion in this region is an ongoing commitment,” said Ramsey.
“Asia is leading the way in many aspects of our industry and Singapore especially is a region of extreme potential which has developed into an exciting melting pot of culture and businesses.”
The ATPI Group operates a network of some 49 offices in 31 countries around the world, having recently signed partnership deals in Portugal, Spain and Angola.
