Expotel is more than tripling the number of staff members in its Glasgow offices.
Many of the more than 30 new starters will be business travel consultants, brought in to ensure Expotel can service new business won in Scotland, said Steve Hall, Expotel’s operations director.
He said the growth is a “huge step forward in expanding both our capabilities and capacity in Scotland”.
The hotel specialist, which has been repositioning itself as a full service travel management company over the past year, hopes to win more business in Scotland with the newly expanded team.
“We are committed to increasing the number of customers we service from the Glasgow office,” said Hall, “and we expect to sign further contracts over the coming months which would create further jobs for the area.”
