Registration has opened for the second annual Business Travel Show Asia Pacific in Singapore, which will take place on 14-15 April 2026.
The two-day event, which is organised by BTN Group, will be held at Marina Bay Sands following the successful hosting of the first Business Travel Show Asia Pacific earlier this year. BTN Group also held the inaugural Business Travel Show America in New York last week.
Business Travel Show Asia Pacific 2026 will include a hosted buyer programme and conference content curated by BTN Group’s team, which will tackle the most current challenges facing the APAC region’s corporate travel professionals. The event’s format draws on the legacy of Business Travel Show Europe in London, which has been running for 30 years.
Next year’s show in Singapore is expected to welcome more than 200 hosted buyers and 75 exhibitors.
Louis Magliaro, executive vice president of the BTN Group, said: “Our first edition proved there’s a strong appetite for a regional platform where buyers and suppliers can address the realities of corporate travel in APAC - its growth, its complexity and its innovation.
“Business Travel Show Asia Pacific 2026 will build on that foundation, creating even more opportunities for learning, collaboration and meaningful connections.”
The hosted buyer programme will include complimentary travel to Singapore, two nights’ accommodation, pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors and networking events.
Participants will also have access to the conference programme, which will again include a mixture of expert-led panels, hands-on workshops and buyer-only discussions.
“It’s a privilege to be working on this event for a second year,” added Nelson Khoo, event director at BTN’s parent company Northstar Travel Group.
“The passion and engagement we saw in 2025 from both buyers and suppliers was exceptional. The growing community here is eager to share, learn and lead, and we’re excited to deliver another event that reflects that energy.”
Business Travel Show Asia Pacific 2026 will be co-located with The Meetings Show Asia Pacific, which is projected to welcome 600 buyers and 320 exhibitors.
