London-based TMC Reed & Mackay is strengthening its presence in China through a new partnership deal with Connexus Travel.
Connexus Travel, which dates back more than 70 years, is the largest TMC in Hong Kong and also has branch offices in China and Taiwan. It will join Reed & Mackay’s International Partnership, which offers the services of more than 4,000 staff across 40 countries.
Fred Stratford, Reed & Mackay’s group chief executive, said: “We are delighted to welcome Connexus Travel to Reed & Mackay’s International Partnership.
“They are a great business who deliver outstanding service, we are very pleased to be working with managing director Gloria Slethaug and her team”.
“The greater China region is critically important to our client base. Through this partnership we are laying very strong foundations for the future with a cohesive service offering across both the region, and the globe.”
Slethang added: “We are thrilled to join Reed & Mackay’s International Partnership and already work together with many shared clients.
“Connexus Travel and Reed & Mackay both passionately believe that technology plays a critical part in the delivery of extraordinary service. Together we can offer something very exciting to our clients.”
