Travel management company Perk has opened a new office in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
The TMC’s new office in Abu Dhabi has been opened in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) and Perk expects to benefit from the emirate’s focus on becoming a leading centre for AI and other advanced technologies.
The firm, formerly known as Travelperk before rebranding with the shortened name last year, said it was targeting a tripling of total travel spend from UAE-based customers by 2028.
Perk added that the UAE already ranked as its ninth largest market globally based on travel spend, with annualised revenue “approaching” $400 million. It recorded a 48 per cent year-on-year rise in travel spend from UAE clients in 2025.
Avi Meir, CEO and co-founder of Perk, said: “We have believed in this region since we first saw customers here in 2021, and we want to be part of its future. Opening in Abu Dhabi is not just a commercial step. It is us saying clearly that we are here for the long term.”
