OAG, the global travel and transport information company, has teamed up with hotel booking company World Choice Travel (WCT), the division of Travelocity Partner Network. WCT will power the online ”look and book” facility, which offers a choice of more than 200 hotel brands and 55,000 hotels across 10,000 destinations.
Users can browse through full colour online brochures, which are available in six languages with prices in 160 currencies. The site will offer a Best Rate Guarantee facility, whereby if users find a better deal elsewhere WCT will match the rate and pay 10% of the price difference.
OAG managing director business development Duncan Alexander (pictured) commented: ”The new service is targeted at business and leisure consumers who need a quick and easy solution to finding and booking a hotel. It makes our travel portal an even more useful and relevant resource for corporate customers and the travelling public.”
