Nominations are now open for BTN Europe's 2026 Hotlist, the renowned annual
rundown of the people, products, companies and trends making their mark on the
business travel industry. Use the form below to submit your nominations in as much or as little detail as you like.
There's no limit to the number of nominations you can put forward – just

list. Nominations close on 9 January 2026.
The 2026 Hotlist will be compiled through a combination of nominations, the
opinions of a panel of industry experts, and the
insight of BTN Europe's editorial team, and will be published on 23 January
2026.

More than 200 nominations were lodged for The 2025 Hotlist. Among the people
featured on it were Advito's Julien Etchanchu and Parexel travel manager Ben Park for their respective sustainability leadership, together with travel manager Gehan Colliander and Madrona Ventures' Steve Singh, among others.
Organisation's named on the 2025 Hotlist, meanwhile, included American Express Global Business Travel & CWT, booking platform Serko, Perk (then known as TravelPerk) and the Lufthansa Group. Key trends and developments appearing on the list included the return to office, visa waiver schemes and SAF mandates.
