Glenn Hogben is chief executive of the Air Charter Association (ACA)
In the latest episode of BTN Europe's 'In conversation with...' podcast
series, editor-in-chief Andy Hoskins speaks to Glenn Hogben who joined the Air Charter Association as chief executive in January this year.
Hogben discusses how the sector's many different areas have fared, including how business jet usage was only 6 per cent down on pre-pandemic levels in Q1 this year and how private jet charter will support corporates' travel needs while scheduled operations remain heavily reduced.
He also talks about the sector's sustainability efforts, adoption of SAFs, the development of hybrid and electric aircraft, a potential rise in corporate shuttles, and how the fares gap to scheduled airlines could be closing.
