GTMC has announced Net Trans Services as the latest company to join the organisation as an industry partner.
Net Trans Services offers a commission tracking reconciliation and payment solution for travel management companies, travel agencies, online travel agencies and other accommodation bookers.
The company is also a partner for hotels in the reconciliation and commission payment process.
GTMC CEO Paul Wait said: “The GTMC values its relationships with industry partners and we are pleased to welcome Net Trans Services to our organisation.
“As the world leader in this sector we look forward to this new partnership that will offer our members increased revenue from hotel bookings, greater insight to the hotel sector and enable them to identify future growth opportunities.”
Net Trans Services CEO Martin Jorgensen said: “Over the last few years we have increasingly focused on providing data and detailed reporting to our clients and believe that becoming a GTMC partner will bring us closer to our clients, as well as developing new relationships with TMCs.”
This week, Wait told the GTMC AGM that there is “massive” support for expanding Heathrow airport among the business travel industry.
He said there is more support for Heathrow than expanding Gatwick because of the need for more direct long-haul services.
