Non-profit sector specialist Key Travel has made several new appointments to its senior leadership team in Philadelphia in the US.
Kevin Brown has been appointed as SVP of sales for North America. He joins from Travel Leaders, where he held the position of VP multinational sales development. Previously, Brown spent ten years at Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), where he was VP of global and strategic sales.
Meanwhile, Cherie Bachman joins as VP of operations for North America. Bachman has 30 years' experience in the travel industry, having been responsible for customer service teams across the US. Most recently, she was senior director of call centres at Travel Impressions (owned by American Express and Bain Capital).
To further support customer growth, Kim Tiberia (pictured above) has been promoted to SVP of account management. She joined Key Travel in August 2018 in the role of MD of strategic partnerships for the New York and Northeast region.
