Dean Forbes has taken over from Yves Weisselberger at travel and expense management company KDS.
Forbes joined the company in March 2010 as executive vice president for worldwide sales and marketing.
Yves Weisselberger, who is now executive chairman of KDS, said Forbes had gained “impressive traction” for KDS.
"Dean brings to KDS an amazing level of energy, skill and drive to lead us to the forefront of the market," he said.
"I have been impressed by the many changes Dean has brought to the company since he joined a year ago, transforming every single aspect of our business, introducing new products and bringing in some highly talented people.”
In his new role, Forbes said he will focus on three main areas in the coming year: “Customer success and satisfaction, accelerated growth and expansion and innovation.”
