Travel management company KDS has launched its new software programme the Corporate V6. The system combines the various aspects of company business travel "from pre-trip approval to expense reports” in order to provide a more well-rounded service.
Expenses can be grouped for each trip, and there is also a central billing facility that allows users to check invoices before paying or claim credit for unused tickets. The system can also be synchronised with Microsoft Outlook so that users can monitor their trips through email accounts.
Chief executive Yves Weisselberger (pictured above) told ABTN: ”corporations have moved beyond just automating travel transactions. They want a true on-demand travel & expense capability, one that manages the entire process and delivers significant financial benefits.”
KDS' Corporate V6 will be available from mid-November.
