TMC Incorporate Travel Management has acquired SAT Business Travel.
Incorporate, which was launched in 2013, said SAT will see major benefits from access to Incorporate’s self-booking technology 'Inconline', as well as its bespoke offline service.
The Manchester-based TMC will welcome SAT’s Paul Sutton to its board as commercial director and “significant shareholder”.
The SAT portfolio also includes the specialist SAT Marine, which offers all aspects of Marine and offshore travel management with dedicated support 24/7 based in the UK.
Incorporate director Mike Crotty, said: “I’m extremely excited about today’s announcement – SAT is a very well established and respected name within the industry.
“Our combined experience creates a unique service offer on which we can build.”
Sutton added: “I’m very proud of what we have achieved at SAT over the years, and this is a great opportunity for our team to take our business to the next level.
“Both Incorporate and SAT have like-minded plans to grow and develop and I’m thrilled about combining our knowledge base and skills without compromising our values and approach.”
In October 2013, Incorporate became a member of the GTMC.
