ITM unveiled a comprehensive rebrand at its annual conference at the Celtic Manor resort in Newport, Wales.
This includes a new logo and a new website with added services such a benchmarking tool, built in partnership with travel IT specialist 7r Group. The tool enables travel buyers to benchmark their travel programmes against those of similar organisations.
Also new for the association is a return to its original title, the Institute of Travel Management.
ITM chief executive Simone Buckley said the rebrand project, which took more than one year to complete, would result in enhanced value and services for members. These include a new scheme linking Global Travel Professional (GTP) points to the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points accrued when participating in ITM educational events.
The conference is also celebrating ITM’s 60th anniversary.
