Independently-owned aviation consultancy IBA Group, has opened an office in Dubai in response to the growing demand for regional expertise.
The group has already started work with banks, start-up airlines, existing operators and new investors in the region.
”The Middle East is a booming market with more and more new-start airlines and private jet companies coming into the region.” said IBA managing director, Phil Seymour.
”Financial institutions, banks and leasing companies are looking for independent and technical advice to help their clients realise their plans and this is where IBA Group fits in.”
The new office will be based at Emirates Tower on the Sheikh Zayed Road.
IBA is undertaking more work in corporate aviation with a number of new projects, involving overseas registered private jets coming onto the UK register.
Seymour added: ”It made commercial sense to establish a base in Dubai and provide a constant presence in the region.”
