Hillgate Travel is to unveil a new online tool which combines travel booking with automated expense management.
The TMC has teamed up expenses specialist Concur to create Gateway with Concur Expense which will be officially launched at the Business Travel Show in London on February 5-6.
Hillgate said that the new integrated tool would “enable companies to gain greater control over their travel spend and ensure compliance”.
The new tool allows all travel bookings made through the TMC to be captured via TripIt, which will then aggregate the data to automatically fill in expense claims in Concur Expense.
Julian Munsey, Hillgate’s head of strategic business development, said the new tool would give “full visibility of one of their largest business costs”.
“Being able to position our proprietary travel technology, alongside Concur’s expense solutions, will be something customers will find highly compelling,” added Munsey.
