Global travel risk management specialist Healix International
has launched a premium, subscription-based service that offers bespoke risk intelligence,
analysis and proactive reporting on top of its existing crisis, security and
medical assistance services.
Called Healix Sentinel Protect, the company says the service
is an intelligence-led model designed to proactively mitigate risks before they
become problematic rather than only managing the impact of a crisis once it
happens.
Furthermore, Healix claims the service is aimed at risk
managers who have been tasked with delivering comprehensive security and risk
management programmes with limited resources and “ambitious business objectives”.
The service is personalised to each client and provides
round-the-clock access to a dedicated team of security experts, customised
operational protocols and access to specific country or regional experts where
required. It includes tailored travel security briefings customised to specific
locations, trip dates, industry and profile of the traveller, as well as forward-looking
analysis on specific issues, trends, groups and developments and actionable
intelligence on ongoing situations with an assessment of the immediate impact.
It also covers assessments of specific routes and hotels.
