Hogg Robinson Group will publish annual results on May 22, when it will reveal earnings to the end of March.
Analysts expect this year’s pre-tax profits to be around the same as those of 2011/12.
Last year, the travel management company made pre-tax profits of £38.2 million and showed an operating profit of £47.2 million.
In the past 12 months, the group’s share price has fluctuated little, falling from 65p a year ago to the current 59p.
In an interim statement in February, the TMC said it was trading in line with expectations, with revenue for the four months to the end of January down 7% and spend down 3%.
