Hogg Robinson has shaken up its senior management team with Peter Kite appointed as the new managing director for HRG UK and Reto Bacher the new regional president to Europe including the UK.
The outgoing UK MD, industry veteran Mike Platt is moved to the newly created position of group industry affairs director.
Ian Windsor, formerly the company's head of client services, is also given a new role as operational director for Europe.
Both Mr Kite and Mr Windsor will sit on the European Executive Board and report to Mr Bacher.
Other changes include Chris Fry's promotion to commercial director but will keep his responsibilities for major clients and business development.
Keith Burgess adds corporate administrative responsibility to his existing roles as company secretary and general counsel and Jacqui Higgs takes up the new role of group marketing director.
In North America, Tom Gleason becomes HRG's president with the responsibility of integrating the group's four businesses there, Sea Gate Travel, Robustelli World Travel, Partnership Travel Consulting and BTI Canada.
Dan Green, formerly ceo of Sea Gate Travel, will head up Hogg's continuing acquisition programme in North America.
Kevin Ruffles, formerly central services director, takes on the role of regional president for Asia Pacific (AsPac).
