Global Travel Management (GTM) has announced the acquisition of Hertfordshire based firm Stanmore Business Travel.
GTM, which is based in Woking, will take on Stanmore’s seven employees who will continue to work from their offices in Watford.
The finalisation of the deal follows GTM being named in BBT’s Top 50 UK TMCs.
GTM managing director Scott Pawley, said: “I feel very confident that Stanmore Travel’s experienced and dedicated travel team will be a further asset to the GTM family.
“They use the same software tools that we use, a number of which were developed by GTM for the business travel industry.”
