The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) has released the latest version of its accommodations RFP template.
According to the association, the updated RFP reflects the changing marketplace to include various accommodation solutions that buyers are using and considering for their company’s travel programmes.
The revamped template also includes multi-year pricing, an enhanced safety and security module, new payment methods, elimination of obsolete questions and more length-of-stay options.

The news comes after the GBTA renamed its hotel committees to the Accommodations Committees to reflect a widening range of property types used for business travel.
