GBTA expects a record number of travel buyers to attend next month’s European conference in Prague.
The association said that buyers from more than 20 countries have signed up for the conference in the Czech capital on September 23-25.
More than 400 delegates are expected to attend the event including buyers from major companies such as Ikea, Continental, Siemens; Nestlé, UBS and Rolls Royce.
Catherine McGavock (pictured), GBTA’s regional director for Europe, said: “This year marks a huge uptake in buyer registrations this far in advance of the event.
“Previous conferences have seen more than 30 per cent buyers in attendance and we are confident that we will surpass this figure based on early indicators.”
