Finnair has called on ABTN readers and members of the UK business travel community to apply for a “once in a lifetime” opportunity.
The airline is looking for a “quality hunter” who will take an all expenses paid trip around the world with Finnair, blogging and tweeting along the way.
Seven hunters have already been appointed and have taken off on a journey to “re-brand, re-envision and re-capture the joys of international travel”.
Each of the travellers is blogging on a specific aspect of travel – from food and drink to shopping, entertainment and business.
Finnair needs an eighth person, however, with the knowledge and insight to filter these travellers’ views to find some universal truths – perfect for an ABTN reader, said Fredrik Charpentier, the airline’s UK sales and marketing director.
"It would be great if the 8th hunter was someone from the UK business travel community as this industry is very dynamic and I'm sure their feedback would prove invaluable to the quality hunter initiative,” he told ABTN.
"Finnair's main focus from the uk is the business traveller to asia and the uk market is a highly important one from a global perspective. Fingers crossed for a UK candidate get blogging!"
Anyone interested should visit www.qualityhunters2.com and get involved in the discussion – the eighth quality hunter will be selected based on the comments they make about what the other hunters have said.
But hurry, as the competition closes at midnight on Sunday (November 13).
