FCm Travel Solutions says it has more than 15 new partners in the pipeline which will almost complete its global network.
The travel management company said it was "on track" to consolidate its core worldwide network by the end of the year.
Charles Gregory, FCm's general manager network development, said it now had partnership agreements with more than 50 TMCs.
It was now working towards a network of up to 70 partners by the end of next June.
"We are currently undergoing some changes in our network, including more than 15 new partners in the pipeline.
"These changes are a natural part of our evolution and ensuring we have the strongest possible network in every region.
"Our level of regionalisation is quite unique in the travel management sector," he said.
He said he believed FCm was the only TMC which had management and operational structures in seven areas, rather than the usual three.
These seven were North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Western Europe, Central Europe, Middle East/India and Africa.
Mr Gregory the agency was now developing regional management structures in Western Europe, Central Europe and Latin America.
