Egencia has been reappointed as travel management provider for management and technology consultancy Bearing Point.
The Expedia-owned TMC said it had renewed its contract with Bearing Point in Europe for a minimum of five further years.
The companies have been working together for the last three years with Egencia helping to manage an annual travel spend of more than €10 million for Bearing Point’s 3,500 employees across 15 countries.
Richard Sebald, manager of meeting and travel services at BearingPoint, said: “The travel management system of Egencia perfectly fits our needs since it combines the online and offline services very well, and provides them at the high level expected by our company.”
Bearing Point has already integrated Egencia’s hotel programme into its booking process and the TMC also provides online reporting tools to show employees’ travel spending patterns.
