Radcliffe and Steadman add to portfolio
Two major directors of Hogg Robinson Group (HRG) have increased their shareholding in the travel management company.
David Radcliffe, the ceo, has bought a further 281,198 ordinary shares at prices between 11.3855p and 10.9235p.
Mr Radcliffe now holds 2,021,698 shares in the plc, representing 0.66% of the voting rights.
Julian Steadman, HRG's finance director, bought 344,945 ordinary shares at prices between 11.3607p and 10.8413p.
Mr Steadman now holds 581,945, representing 0.19% of the voting rights.
HRG's s issued share capital consists of 307,242,203 ordinary shares.
HRG's largest shareholder is Dnata, a member of the Emirates Group, which holds 61,366,000 shares, representing 19.9% of the voting rights.
