Expense management systems company Concur has added a virtual receipt facility to its Breeze and Premier applications.
Concur’s new Receipt Store enables clients to email receipt images to a central repository and access them to assign them to specific line items. Receipts can be captured by smartphone camera, faxed or scanned.
In another innovation, e-receipts can be forwarded by partner suppliers direct to Concur’s expense report. These are then matched with credit card and itinerary data to produce Smart Expenses that require no additional approval.
Rajeev Singh, Concur president and chief operating officer said: “We now process over 3 million images a month, with the total number of images processed to date for our clients now approaching 100 million. These latest innovations help employees to quickly and easily submit expenses and provide their companies with enhanced visibility into the line item details of every expense report.”
