CiEvents, a worldwide conference service owned by Flight Centre, is to expand in the UK.
The company is launching its own in-house service called CiCreate with the aim of doubling turnover to £12m by mid-2011.
It is also launching a recruitment campaign for seven new staff, bringing its CiEvents workforce to 25.
Penny Lion, general manager of CiEvents UK, said the company had reached the stage where it needed its own in-house graphic design and production division.
She added: "CiCreate is renowned in Australia for being unusually innovative, developing unrivalled creative concepts and providing everything from copywriting, graphics and technical specifications to stage set design, entertainment and full show direction.
"We are looking forward to bringing CiCreate services to the UK market so that we can offer clients here an immediate local full production facility."
CiEvents said that in the last six months it had won new business totalling £2.5m, including additional events for existing client Thomson Reuters, and new projects for Hays, ASDA and CGGVeritas.
