Chelsea Travel Management is to rebrand itself as CTM from the start of next year.
The Surrey-based TMC is part of P&P Associates, which also owns technology firm Vibe Software and leisure travel website wefly.co.uk.
“The rebrand is part of the business strategy set by owners P&P Associates, to broaden the product portfolio and brand awareness of companies within the group,” said Chelsea in a statement.
“The new brand identity reflects CTM’s ongoing commitment to provide clients with leading-edge technology solutions, utilising the synergies with the P&P group of companies.
“In addition, CTM will shortly be announcing new and exciting product benefits through strategic partnerships, to provide additional benefits and service to clients.”
Chelsea was ranked as the 27th biggest business travel agency in the UK with annual sales of £42 million in BBT’s list of the 50 leading TMCs.
The TMC has offices in Redhill, Surrey, Stevenage and Telford, and employs around 70 full-time staff.
