Chambers Travel Management is expanding its presence in the Netherlands after experiencing 40 per cent growth in the Dutch market.
The TMC, which handles 20 corporate clients from its office in Amsterdam, has won four new multi-national clients over the past year with a total annual business spend of £1.4 million.
Chambers’ Amsterdam office was established three years ago, but the recent growth means the TMC is now looking to expand its local operation and recruit additional staff.
Chambers was acquired last December by Corporate Travel Management in a deal worth £39m over three years.
“Chambers is a global boutique agency that is large enough to offer best-in-class technologies, agile enough to remain responsive and flexible, and wholly centred on providing an outstanding customer experience,” said Chris Thelen, CEO, Chambers Travel Group.
“We have experienced exceptional growth in the Netherlands over the last year, thanks to our bespoke approach to managing travel for global clients who are headquartered in this market and have international travel programmes,” he added.
