Travel management company CWT has announced new features for its CWT Travel
Essentials travel information platform, including multilingual support and filters
to show restrictions for vaccinated and unvaccinated travellers.
CWT Travel Essentials was launched last summer and provides information
on applicable travel restrictions, procedures and requirements based on
trip origin, destination, travel dates and traveller nationality.
The new features are:
- Support for Arabic, Brazilian, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French (national
& Canadian), German, Icelandic, Latvian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese
(LATAM), Russian, Spanish (national and LATAM), Swedish, and Turkish language;
- Online and
downloadable entry forms, passenger locator forms, health questionnaire forms,
and Covid-19 test results;
- Vaccination
status filter;
- The ability to share documents with clients,
co-workers, friends, and family, including travel restrictions, and additional,
required documentation.
- New layout
options.
Erica Antony, CWT’s chief product officer, said: “The travel landscape
is evolving on a daily basis with vaccine rollouts, restrictive border
controls, and changing governmental policies adding complexity to planning. CWT
Travel Essentials has already supported a 28 per cent increase in daily searches
since the start of the year. Wider availability and breadth of services will
make it easier for our global travellers to resume travel confidently.”
