Business Travel Direct (BTD), one of the UK's largest independent travel management companies, has won £4m of new business.
The new accounts include life science company Millipore and animal charity, World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA).
The TMC said it had won the science company by being able to "offer a European solution" by servicing it from offices in the UK, Ireland and France.
BTD said it had won the WSPA account by being able to offer competitive fares to its 13 offices worldwide, some in less visited destinations.
Peter Reglar, BTD's ceo, said: "We are continuing to innovate and add value to our clients through the solutions we offer.
"Our aim is to ensure an individual approach to our customers' needs."
