BCD Travel has added simple meeting technology solutions provider Groupize as a Preferred Technology Partner for its SolutionSource marketplace platform.
Through the partnership, BCD Travel customers can work with their account managers to access the solution for their simple meetings management (SMM) programmes.
According to Groupize, simple meetings account for 60 to 80 per cent of company meeting activity and are increasingly coming under the remit of travel managers.
The Groupize platform enables visibility and management over SMM spend, and the partnership means travel managers can utilise BCD Travel and SAP Concur to bridge the gap between transient and meetings, according to the company.
