BCD M&I, the independently managed sister organisation of TMC BCD Travel, has announced the acquisition of Universal Meeting Management (UMM).
UMM, a corporate meeting and management company, specialises in the health care provider (HCP) sector and has a “growing customer base” in the high tech market.
BCD M&I said the deal enhances its southeastern US presence and “increases its service offerings” to include proprietary technologies geared towards the HCP sector.
