Carlson Wagonlit reported a 10% rise in sales volumes for the first half of 2011.
During the first six months of the year the travel management company (TMC) recorded $13.4 billion in global sales, up from just over $12 billion during the same period last year.
The Asia Pacific region lead the charge on sales, with an 18% hike between January and June.
Latin America and North America recorded 12% and 11% rises respectively, while Europe, the Middle East and Africa each saw a 9% boost.
During the first half of 2011, CWT has introduced a number of new products, including CWT To Go, a mobile application that allows travellers to access their itineraries direct from their phones.
In other news from the TMC, UK and Ireland boss Andrew Waller will soon see his duties expanded to the Mediterranean region.
He will gradually take responsibility for CWT in Spain, Italy, Egypt, Greece and Morocco, prior to the retirement of Marino Faccini, who has been with CWT for 44 years, in April 2012.
