The Business Travel Show’s main sponsor Amadeus has commissioned major independent research to get under the skin of business travellers in the UK and Ireland, charting their behaviour and aspirations.
This year’s research, which has been carried out for the second successive year, focuses on the end-to-end traveller experience, from first booking through to their final destination and will provide insights that help corporate travel managers and TMCs continue to deliver value to business.
The research is based on a survey of more than 400 adults who regularly travel for business, and the insights will be unveiled on Tuesday, February 4 at the Business Travel Show at Earls Court in London.
ITM, host of the ITM Village, will also be launching its Industry Outlook 2014 Report at the show.
The annual digest of research reviews from 2013 includes a brief snapshot of different travel supplier categories and takes a look forward to what is likely to be in store for buyers in 2014.
This report provides insight into trends and future developments and can help buyers develop their strategy for the year ahead.
