Amadeus has unveiled a new way to drive adoption within companies that are introducing self-booking tools into their organisations.
The Amadeus Adoption Academy will provide what it describes as an end-to-end consultancy package, designed to eliminate any ad hoc approaches by companies to self-booking.
”Many companies adopt a haphazard approach to ensuring that employees actually use a self-booking tool when it is introduced,” said Amadeus director of corporate & distribution channels, Marcos Isaac.
”We have been advising clients about how to drive the adoption of their self-booking solutions for a number of years, achieving significant travel savings and a faster return on their investment.”
Specifically, the scheme involves a workshop featuring assessment, planning, implementation, measurement and reporting as well as a tracking and improving service.
Amadeus says it has recently commissioned a worldwide study with Cranfield University, to look at factors that influence the adoption rate of self-booking tools within organisations.
