Hotline to provide customers with health and safety mitigation advice for a
fee. The service is available exclusively to Altour clients and is powered by
Exlog Global, offering 24/7 worldwide support to business travellers and corporate
travel managers who need guidance or action on health and safety issues that
occur before or during work travel.
The hotline can be accessed via phone, email, or SMS text
message and in addition to support with Covid-19-related health and safety issues
offers counsel on other issues such as geopolitical concerns, security matters
and risk mitigation, according to Altour.
