Air Malta has introduced a new range of prices, including the Go Light brand, offering reduced-cost fares.
The Go Light range is a hand luggage-only fare, which the airline claims starts at €39 one way including taxes. Air Malta says the new product is its first step in becoming a hybrid carrier and offers customers the option of a lower price without sacrificing quality of service.
Customers using the Go Light fare will have the option of purchasing ancillary products such as luggage allowance. It says these extra services can be bought after booking tickets through the airline’s call centre or at check-in.
The new product is available for economy-class seats, along with two other new options – Go Smart and Go Flex. Air Malta has also added three new fares to its business-class offering – Just Business, Smart Business and Business Freedom.
