Advantage Travel, the largest consortium of travel agents in the UK, has selected hotel booking solution company Conferma, as the preferred supplier to its 800 agents nationwide.
After lengthy discussions and extensive trials, Conferma has been chosen for its ability to provide a comprehensive range of rates, from GDS to web fares, as well as a system that consolidates all information on one screen.
”We have conducted detailed benchmarking with a number of other companies in the sector and found Conferma to be a far superior product,” said Advantage technology manager Jon Smiles. ”Its solution is fast, accurate and flexible, thereby dramatically reducing the burden of booking and reconciliation for our travel agents.”
