Abu Dhabi is lifting quarantine measures for fully vaccinated travellers from around the world with effect from 5 September.
In addition, unvaccinated visitors from ‘green list’ countries will also be able to visit without quarantine restrictions.
Vaccinated travellers must have received a vaccine approved by the World Health Organisation and must still submit negative PCR tests before departure and upon arrival. For vaccinated travellers arriving from a green list country, a further PCR test must be taken on day six. Vaccinated travellers arriving from other countries must take PCR tests on days four and eight after arrival.
Unvaccinated travellers arriving from non-green list countries must still quarantine for ten days.
Visitors must register vaccination certificates up to five days before their travel date via a Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) smart app or via ica.gov.ae in order to activate the Abu Dhabi Green Pass.
