Travel management company ATPI Group is to move its head office from London to Manchester as it looks to expand its UK-based team.
ATPI’s management will move from the UK capital to a new head office in Manchester from 21 March, which will also be the new home for its existing Manchester-based team.
The TMC still plans to retain its office in the Old Street area of central London for sales, operations and account management teams.
Ian Sinderson, CEO of ATPI explained: “We’re thrilled to be starting a new chapter in Manchester, making considerable investments into the city with the creation of our head office in northwest England and various community engagement projects.”
ATPI is supporting several projects in Manchester and recently become a patron of HideOut Youth Zone, a charity dedicated to supporting and providing life-skills to young people. The TMC will provide work experience and mentoring as part of its support for the organisation.
The company will also continue its sponsorship of the Belle Vue Aces speedway team in Manchester.
“Increasing our support for organisations dedicated to making a positive impact on society, particularly among young people, such as the HideOut Youth Zone and Belle Vue Aces is part of our commitment to ensuring that the city we call home benefits from our presence in as many ways as possible,” added Sinderson.
ATPI Group has more than 100 offices around the world providing corporate travel, event management, online travel technology and specialist services for sectors such as energy, shipping and sports events.
