Canadian agency Maritime Travel has joined the ATP International (ATPI) group.
Maritime is one of Canada's largest privately owned agencies chains, operating out of 87 locations across the country.
The agency, which has both leisure and business travel divisions, has an annual turnover is in excess of CAN$200 million, according to ATP.
ATPI recently signed a similar partnership with CorpTrav Management Group in the US.
It also agreed a franchise deal to open ATP branded offices across the Middle East in association with Orient Travel.
Graham Ramsey, ATP's chief executive, said: "The signing of Maritime Travel in Canada follows hot on the heels of CorpTrav in the US and further reinforces our international growth ambitions.
We will achieve these by identifying those organisations that, like ATPI, are focused on providing international clients with a top quality service whilst managing their total cost of travel."
Gary Gaudry, president of Maritime Travel said: "We pride ourselves on our commitment to flexible and customized service and are excited about our partnership with the ATPI Group and the opportunities it offers to deliver this service to a global clientele.
