Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) and the Belgian Association of Corporate Travel Management (BATM) are to partner for an Executive Forum on the 10 March at the Pullman Brussels Airport Hotel.
The forum”s aims are to allow buyers and suppliers to each have an individual platform to discuss the successes and challenges of Strategic Account Management for Corporate Travel.
”Strategic Account Management is important to both large and small organizations, as it significantly impacts a company”s future viability, particularly under current economic conditions,” said ACTE executive director, Susan Gurley.” ACTE is pleased to bring a solutions-based workshop to buyers and suppliers in a unique and meaningful forum.”
Carlson Wagonlit Travel director, global account management EMEA Andreas Erhard will be the keynote presenter at the event, where he will discuss the importance of Strategic Account Management along with critical success factors.
In addition, two separate breakout workshops will be offered, one for suppliers and one for buyers only.
”We hope attendees will leave the forum with a new-industry-wide perspective, as well as practical solutions for maintaining customer relationships through Strategic Management,” said BATM president, Nora Buysschaert.
