UK-based travel management company arrangeMY has partnered with mobility specialist Jyrney to integrate ground transport services into its online booking workflow.
Jyrney’s platform – which offers taxi, ride-hail and chauffeur services alongside automated rebooking when a trip is delayed or rejected – will be integrated into the TMC’s online booking tool, allowing clients to directly book ground transport services.
The platform will also be integrated with ProTas, arrangeMY’s mid- and back-office system, which the companies said “connects the front-end booking experience with the operational and billing processes that sit behind it”.
The integration will be made available to all arrangeMY clients “this week”, the companies said.
“We are seeing more and more corporates ask for ground transport to be bookable through their existing travel provider, rather than managed separately through offline requests or individual supplier relationships,” said Jyrney founder and CEO Daniel Price.
arrangeMY managing director Nick Scott added: “Ground transport is often the missing piece in a managed travel programme… Working with Jyrney allows us to bring that first and last-mile journey into a more connected and reportable travel experience.”
Jyrney also integrates with TMCs including CT Business Travel Partners and Inntel, as well as the TMC consortia Advantage Travel Partnership and Focus Travel Partnership. The company said its TMC clients report a tenfold increase in bookings after moving from an offline booking process to integrated ground transport supply.
