VIRGIN TRAINS” state-of the-art Pendolino trains are now running 14 weekday services to and from London Euston, with a total of 14 each Saturday and 10 each Sunday, as the company presses ahead with its train replacement programme for the West Coast Main Line including services to Birmingham, Manchester and Wolverhampton. Each Pendolino train costs around ”11m and includes an on board shop selling refreshments, books, magazines and CDs; audio system and at most seats a power point for charging laptop computers and mobile phones.
