Two passenger trains have collided in Rome today during the morning rush hour. One train went into the back of another train on the platform at Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II station, one stop away from Rome”s main station.
The crash, on Metro Line A, has resulted in one death so far and over 100 injured according to BBC News Online. All passengers have now been freed from the wreckage.
