Tristar Worldwide Chauffeur Services has this week made a promise on the back of its recently launched travel industry program: If your clients aren't satisfied with Tristar's chauffeur services, they don't pay.
The company, which is the largest chauffeur company in the UK and also provides service in 51 countries worldwide, has had widespread success in the airline and corporate markets but is keen to demonstrate its market leading services to TMCs, travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs.
To illustrate its dedication to the requirements of the travel industry, earlier this year Tristar named Jane Moore as its Key Account Manager of Travel Industry Sales.
Jane has worked in the travel industry for 14 years and was specifically tasked with creating a program that was flexible enough to meet the requirements of all sectors of the industry.
The result is a service whereby Tristar will work with a company to understand its customers and processes and tailor a program accordingly. The program can be arranged on a commission or discounted basis, depending on each company's preference.
Initial feedback from the market place showed a widespread hesitation to make a recommendation for a chauffeur service without any experience of the quality, consistency and reliability of that service.
Tristar has therefore made a strong service promise to those in the industry for the first three months that it engages in a Tristar program: if a customer is not satisfied with the service received from Tristar, they will not have to pay.
The company are confident that after the initial three month engagement on this basis, the agents will have had sufficient experience of the reliability of service the company offers to happily recommend Tristar to their clients.
