Ground transportation company TBR Global has expanded into corporate traveller security with the launch of TBR Secure.
The new security division has been formed after a partnership with security firm Priavo.
TBR Global said as many companies expand into high-risk regions there is an increasing need for corporate travel managers to ensure the safety of company employees on business travel.
Through TBR Secure travellers are provided with a point of contact with “who they can build trust and familiarity”. The company focuses on the entire trip starting with a pre-trip risk assessment.
It uses real-time data to determine the level of risk in a particular area. The potential threat of civil unrest, terror and political upheaval are all assessed. An associated security solution is then tailored to the group’s size and status.
TBR Global managing director Craig Chambers, said: “The partnership allows us to offer a competitive secure chauffeur drive solution without the full costs of close protection details; a trend in which both companies have experienced real growth in recent months.”
