EASYJET founder Stelios Haji-Ioannou is reputed to be in talks with bus manufacturers regarding the acquisition of a fleet of vehicles for use by his latest venture, easyBus, which is expected to start operating by spring next year. The low-cost intercity point-to-point service will use a similar marketing model as his successful airline with fares starting from as little as ”1.
